The RPLY app

Last updated September 23, 2026.

RPLY is a business tool. A company subscribes to the service; its owner, managers and employees use the app on their phones as part of that subscription. This page explains the model in full, for customers and for app reviewers.

What the app is for

When a business misses a call, RPLY texts the caller back, finds out what they need, and turns that into a booked job, an estimate or a callback. The app is where the owner and their team see everything that still needs a person.

The business's own customers never install RPLY and never need an account. They receive an ordinary text message from the business they rang.

What it does on a phone

  • Missed-call text back — An answer goes out in seconds, written from the facts the owner saved.
  • Qualification — RPLY asks your intake questions and records why the customer rang.
  • Urgent detection — Your emergency words hand the conversation straight to a person, with a push alert.
  • Estimates — Priced from your own list, approved by you, sent as a link the customer can accept.
  • Booking — Only genuine openings are offered — your hours, job length, buffers and existing jobs.
  • Team routing — Assign by availability, service, area, round robin or by hand, with a fallback.
  • Follow-ups — Estimate check-ins and quiet-lead nudges send themselves and stop on a reply.
  • Retention — Review requests after a finished job and come-back reminders months later.
  • Daily and weekly summaries — What happened and the one thing worth fixing, from your own records.
  • Push and badge — Urgent leads, callbacks, accepted estimates and new bookings, with a badge count.

How it's paid for

  • The app is free to download and free for every member of a subscribing business.
  • The business pays for the RPLY service by card on the RPLY website, not inside the app.
  • New businesses start with a 30-day free trial.
  • App Store purchasing is not switched on: the app takes no payments and contains no checkout or external buy link.
  • On iPhone the billing screen shows the current plan and usage. Changing plan or cancelling is done by the owner on the RPLY website.

Access and roles

  • Owner — everything, including billing, ownership and security.
  • Manager — day-to-day operations, limited to what the owner allows. Never billing, ownership, security or account deletion.
  • Team member — only the leads, messages, calendar entries and customers assigned to them.
  • Sign-in options are email and password, Sign in with Apple, and Google.

For app reviewers

Who pays for RPLY?

The business does, on its business account. The app itself is free to download and free for every member of that business to use.

Is anything sold inside the app?

Not at the moment. App Store purchasing is not switched on, so the app takes no payments and has no web checkout or link to buy elsewhere. On iPhone the billing screen shows the business's current plan and usage, and says that plans aren't available to buy in the app. Subscriptions are managed and cancelled by the owner on the RPLY website.

Who signs in?

Only staff of a subscribing business: the owner, their managers and their employees. Members of the public never install RPLY and never need an account.

How do people get access?

The owner creates the business workspace and invites teammates. Everyone signs in with email and password, Sign in with Apple, or Google.

Can a reviewer see a working app?

Yes. A demo business is pre-populated with sample leads, conversations, estimates and bookings, so every screen has realistic data without contacting a real consumer.

How is an account deleted?

Settings → Account → Delete account, confirmed by typing DELETE. If the person owns a business, the screen names that business and how many teammates lose access, and offers to transfer ownership to a teammate first.

Deleting an account

Inside the app: Settings → Account → Delete account, confirmed by typing DELETE. An owner is offered ownership transfer first, so the business is never forced to lose its workspace. Deleting an RPLY account does not cancel an Apple subscription — that is cancelled in Apple ID subscription settings.

The same process is documented at https://justrply.com/account-deletion for people who are signed out.

Limits we state plainly

  • RPLY is not HIPAA compliant or certified, is not a Business Associate and does not sign BAAs.
  • Healthcare, legal, financial and insurance businesses are limited to a name, a callback number and a general reason for the call.
  • Text messages go only to people who contacted the business. STOP is honoured automatically and quiet hours hold anything that isn't urgent.
  • The assistant is disclosed as an assistant and never invents prices or promises results.
